     This administration manual explains in full the guidelines and policies that the Servicer was expected to follow while in contract with Nintendo. The manual provides a wide variety of customer complaint scenarios they might run into regarding consumers, retail stores and rental stores and also gives an in depth explanation into each. There are also details about the various reports and proceedures a Servicer was required to perform on a bi-weekly basis.
