Guidelines Manual

     Thus far I have been able to obtain three of these: one from an original servicer, one who joined after 1993 and one who joined the program in 2001. All are quite different although each contains the same general information (The manual from 2001 has a completely different layout than the other two and focuses much more on the Nintendo GameCube and Gameboy Advance systems, although all the other systems are included with the exception of the Virtual Boy). It is hard to say exactly what information one of these contains since they seem to be so different, but some of the general topics seem to include:
          NES Repair
          Gameboy Repair
          SNES Repair
          N64 Repair

      In 2002, Nintendo released a disc containing all the information within these Guidelines Manuals to Service Centers in hopes to phase out the paper manuals altogether. The files were created in .pdf format with printable forms as well as some other useful knowledge like Frequently Asked Questions and Servicer Spotlights.
