Policy Manual

     The Policy Manual contains, oddly enough, the policies and procedures for Nintendo of America regarding all of their electronic gaming merchandise sold to consumers. It goes in depth on the extent that products such as game paks, accessories and systems are covered; also covering troubleshooting tips for common problems and consumer complaints, as well as procedures for ordering replacement parts and instructions for customers. There is also a listing of the original Authorized Service centers at the end in case the Servicer needed to refer a customer to another location somewhere in the country. The pages in this binder are all laminated and printed on professional grade paper featuring Mario in the background. I have no idea why, but there is an identical copy of each page within.
