Power Pad Test Cartridge

     Unfortunately I have no way to test how this cartridge functions because I do not own a Power Pad. When powered up, a black screen boots up with red lettering, and reads:

POWER PAD TEST
Connect Power Pad & Controller
(If Power Pad Is Connected
IC May Be Bad)
