Retail Store Training Module

     This guide was meant to be used to inform and train Service Center workers in shops that were attached to a retail store outlet (ie: Boscov's, Target, Ames, etc. or an independantly owned store). It goes over the basics of Nintendo's various policies and services including an Introduction and Purpose for the Nintendo's Service program, Marketed Nintendo Products, Warranty & Returns Policy, Troubleshooting Guidelines, Ordering Parts and Product Information for Customers and a listing of all of Nintendo's World Class Service Centers. Also included on the inside front cover of this binder is a VHS Tape entitled "Customer Service Training."
